Demo anything needed, lay out, dig and steel your pool before the first inspection.
Shell Shoot, Strip & Grade
Shoot your pool shell with shotcrete, strip it, grade your yard and prep for plumbing.
Rough Plumb & Equipment Set
Trench, run PVC and pressurize the system for inspection, then install equipment.
Tile & Coping
After plumbing inspection, tile and coping installation begins.
Electrical & Bond Wire
An electrician runs the bond wire and installs your pool panel.
Hardscape & Outdoor Living
Footer, decking and outdoor living features are installed.
Prep & Pool Finish
Mosaic tile is installed and the finish is troweled onto the shell.
Fill & Final Inspection
Your pool is filled and your project manager schedules the final inspection.
